I’m in. I skimmed her greatest hits list and came up with this gem..
Monkeypox, or as the cool kids call it- “mpox.”
Remember monkeypox? Well, it’s now known as “mpox.” And you may start seeing it pop up in the news again. We have learned a lot since the massive outbreak last summer, but still have a lot of unanswered questions.
Here’s what you need to know, particularly going into Pride month.
Massive Outbreak? Let’s see about that. Here are the worldwide1 cases of mpox last year.
Approximately 80,000 cases, globally. That number was reached using a flawed testing protocol (PCR) and doesn’t really mean much, but even if it is accurate, I’d hardly call it massive. Let’s put it into perspective.
In the US2, which makes up only 5% of the global population
12 million people are affected by medical diagnostic errors each year.
An estimated 40,000 to 80,000 people die annually from complications from these misdiagnoses.
The medical establishment is reticent to opine on the decades long pandemic of medical incompetence that we are somewhere near the middle of at present, but they do love their fear porn on other issues.
“But what about what really matters, death?” I’m glad you asked!
Approximately 150.
To put that into perspective, scientific consensus has held since the mid ‘80’s that 500-1000 people die3 in the US each year from Autoerotic Asphyxiation. Like most contemporary scientific consensus, that number is completely made up, but a there is data to support an estimate of around 1604 deaths a year attributable to people prolonging the magic a bit too long while hanging out in the US… And I’ll remind you that that 160 is taken from just 5% of the global population, so the worldwide number is, most likely, way larger..
I wish I could say that Your (cuz she sure as hell ain’t mine) Local Epidemiologist progressed from pointlessness to proper practical publishing, but alas, nope.
Although mpox is spread almost exclusively by sexual contact, she chose to highlight the more speculative means of transmission. She also chose to ignore the fact that some men have sex with women, some molest children, and some have even been known to lie about their sexual orientation.
Mpox is a super stable virus, which means it can last on surfaces for a very long time and can be airborne. But, what’s possible isn’t always probable. Mpox’s main route of transmission remains to be prolonged, very close contact, like sex.
Mpox continues to spread through one very tight social network: men who have sex with men. Yes, some straight men got it, as well as women and children, but at relatively low rates. (Of all the cases worldwide, 1% were children and 3% were women, and they were mainly household close contacts.)
And airborne? Where did she get that idea from?
Finally, (Although she wrote more, I can not continue past this point. It feels like I’m assaulting an invalid here) she plays the V card-
Vaccines are working.
We have an mpox vaccine, called Jynneos, but last summer we didn’t know how well it worked. Recent data shows that it works really well: 68-88% effective against severe disease. It works particularly well after the second dose.
There’s a lot we still don’t know, though:
How long does protection last?
Does it stop transmission?
What is the impact on viral load?
Why are we seeing breakthrough cases?
Just like with COVID-19 or other vaccines, these vaccines are not perfect. The FDA and CDC are studying antibody data, but no word on boosters yet.
Let me paraphrase her points-
We have a vaccine and it is great, but we have absolutely no fucking clue,
If it actually protects anyone from anything.
How long it may or may not do anything.
If it has any effect at all on the mpox virus.
Why the vaccinated are still getting infected.
Just like the BS we have been pushing for the last 3 years, this medical intervention will make a few assholes a few dollars richer, but we didn’t bother checking to see if it actually did anything good for anyone else.
This is what happens when there are no consequences for failure in a profession and the powers that should not be remove all potential liability from themselves and their co conspirators…. I mean friends and loved ones.

Touche! Job well done. Thanks for wading through her propaganda so we don't have to.
