I read a book 12 years ago that had a plot I have yet to be able to shake. For the life of me, I can not remember the title or author (And I have spent days searching for those details,) but nonetheless the plot has haunted me ever since.
Fundamentally, the book was about the simple fact that a global killer virus is impossible.
If a pathogen is highly lethal, the victims will die too soon to spread the disease far and wide.
If the pathogen is capable of transiting from continent to continent infecting people, it has too long of a “symptomatic, but not dead period” to kill before a remedy / prophylactic can be found.
If it is ultra contagious, it will rapidly evolve less lethality with each infection due to the nature of evolution.
So, if someone really really wanted to bring about a deadly global pandemic, they would have to seed the world with some triggerable method of lethality and wait until peak installation before instantiating its deadly function.
In the book, the author used programmable nanotechnology to do the deed, but there are a number of viable alternate methods and unfortunately, one of those has been the ridiculously funded focus of a massive military run public/private partnership that has consumed the news cycle for nearly 5 years now.
Before I go any further, I really need to give you a history lesson, but it is not my lesson to give. There are 2 exceptional investigators who have compiled an unbelievable amount of factual historical documentation in the last few years and I am going to pass you off to them for a moment, but do come back for the conclusion of this horror show.
They are Sasha Latypova and Katharine Watt. A bit of disclosure - I once got into an online argument with Sasha. I’ve been wrong often in my life, but I don’t think I’ve ever been as mistaken of the facts at hand as I was in that argument and she shut me down hard.. politely, but instantly. Let me put it this way, she cut me down so hard, I could have played Lost In Space in an ant’s ass, but I did learn something. She knows what she is talking about and she did not get their without maximum effort.

Ok, so long story short. this is what they have found. The term anaphylaxis is often mistakenly defined as “Severe allergic reaction.” but that is intentional newspeak. The actual definition, first used in 1905 is-

Richet devoted many years to the study of paranormal and spiritualist phenomena, coining the term "ectoplasm".

At least that is the Wiki listing for him. In reality he was a psychotic eugenicist who killed a fuck ton of dogs and rabbits using a procedure he developed.
Even that sounds too clinical and sane.. Let me try that again.
He was a pet torturer who was obsessed with sticking things into nearby animals. I will not be speculating on what his favorite things to stick into pets were, but I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that he probably put himself into his work.
After an extended period of engaging in this hobby, a pattern emerge. Intrigued, he went all in on isolating and replicating the pattern. This may be the true origin of the cliche, “Curiosity killed the cat”. A few hundred thousand dead fur babies later, he published his findings, which were as follows- after an initial injection of certain types of proteins (and not just the toxic ones, but many which are generally considered safe) any exposure to that same protein at a time at least 2-3 weeks into the future, caused extreme illness and death in a significant and relatively constant percentage of his victims... I mean subjects.
He called the result of his pet penetrations Anaphylaxis based on his limited understanding of Greek and Latin vocabularies and his desire to see the two wed in an act of New World Grammar Miscegenation. The irony being that his avid support of Eugenics forbade variations in human genetic pairings, but not in how those pairings could be described. “No mixing outside the nomenclature” must have been one of the many unwritten rules of the times.
Oops. too much tangent. Well, in a nutshell-

In 2013 the Scientific Community deemed that “Science” worthy of the Nobel Prize, which means there is a silver lining to this whole fiasco. Shit hasn’t really gotten worse. It’s always been a large rocks glass of stupidity & madness with an overpour of cruelty to cover the smell and taste.
His award winning discovery- by inserting a protein created outside of a particular human body into that particular human body by an avenue other than the 2 apertures of the human digestive system, one may prime the human body for a self destructive over reaction to any future exposure of said protein.
The action- One may anaphylactize a human by injecting a foreign protein into their body, waiting 2-3 weeks and then exposing them to the same protein a second time by injection, consumption or respiration.
To put it into simple terms, any introduction of a foreign protein into the human body, by a means other than stuffing it into your upper or lower pie holes.. er, I mean normal consumption or American style sex, runs the risk of creating a life threatening vulnerability to any potential future exposure of said protein.
The action- You can prime a person for a perfect murder by giving them a shot of proprietary ingredients, and then making sure they touch, taste, smell or get injected with that protein a month later.
It does not always work, but neither does a bullet or a bomb and those latter 2 tend to have consequences for the killer, where as the mechanism of anaphylaxis can be blamed on almost anything else.

Now, the answer I promised you.
Why would the powers that should not be, go to all that trouble to make sure nearly every person on Earth has been pricked, poked, penetrated and prepared with an untested, ineffective, overpriced, and poisonous product which provided its intended and promised immunity only to the developers, manufacturers, and government personnel responsible for creating and implementing the product, even though, ironically, none of them actually took it?
Well, now they have the means to cause illness and death, at will, anywhere in the world, at any time and as a neat bonus- create more than enough evidence to back up any prediction / causality they wish to suggest.
This is the ultimate control of the population, a way in which you not only kill at whim, but in doing so, cause the entire population to trust you more and more with every murder.
All the killers have to do is-
add the spike protein to their upper atmospheric particle injection systems
fly those injectors over an intended target
inform those residing within that area that if they don’t fully submit to a suggested emergency response or procedure, they will surely fall victim to a naturally occurring illness
then spray away until the population submits.
This is brilliant underhanded evil diplomacy. They don’t have to reach for a big stick. Just the tiniest one imaginable and the victims, at least the ones who survive, will be completely fooled into believing that the killers are their saviors and less and less likely to resist even the craziest of suggestions with every new warning.
We are well beyond the pale. The only hope/action/path we have is to neutralize all capabilities of those who set this up and are running the operation. If they have the capacity to do anything and I mean even as simple as dialing a phone, then we will lose. Oh, and we need to do this yesterday or humanity will descend into a darkness it may never ever recover from.

The Question-
Did they anaphylactize the world's population in order to literally rain illness and death onto regional groups of humans at will. If, once anaphylactized to a particular protein, could they not then do an atmospheric injection of that protein over an area and fake an outbreak of an epidemic with this process?
I am thinking that it would work and that that was most likely their intention from the beginning. It will hard to argue against their claims if they can back them up with evidence I(fraudulent, but convincing) of their claims. Seems to be the fastest way to global control that I can think of and it would appear that we are all positioned to have that inflicted on us at any time in the future they care to do a spray.
The Prediction-
What implementation would look like-
The WHO declares a pheic and warns us of some new ultra deadly respiratory illness.
They then order a total lockdown and forfeiture of rights by the global population in order to combat this new threat, "just until a vaccine can be made. "
Those places that do not submit, get treated with a chemtrail coverage containing the previously injected protein ,resulting in mass illness and death from anaphylaxis in only those regions.
They continue spraying over those regions until their victims comply to the lockdowns.
Repeat the process once the vaccines rollout until everyone submits to being jabbed.
They reap the fortunes of global ownership.
They then repeat the entire cycle until humanity is nothing more than a terrified and enslaved sub class to the powerful.
This is what I am predicting. It occurred to me as I read Sasha Latypova’s "Sewer Rats" article. She laid out the proof of the weapon they have built. I am merely suggesting the way it will be used.
