I have cold turkey’d methadone twice in my life. I still have nightmares about both experiences, regularly. I don't know how I survived the 2nd time. I also do not know anyone else who has ever done it once.
If I had known about Kratom, I could have gotten through both experiences without the severe trauma and resultant PTSD that living through that hell caused me.
Being that they invented and unleashed methadone on the public, it should come as no surprise that these sadistic kid fuckers want to ban Kratom.
Watch this video and notice that this is the scariest way they could find to frame kratom. Notice that the worst they could mention was ”withdrawal and cravings” because no one has died from it. Yes, 100,000 Americans die every year from opiates and Kratom gets addicts off of opiates, but they will ban it because some kids might feel bad when coming down. Brilliant!! We know how they love kids.
Here is the withdrawal stats for each of these drugs-
Kratom- rare reported cases of emotional withdrawal, cravings, and discomfort. No worse than the withdrawal symptoms of weed.
Heroin- 3-5 days of cravings, chills, sweats, the extreme symptoms of severe food poisoning, insomnia, pain, and discomfort.
Fentanyl - 10-12 days of heroin like withdrawals, but symptoms are intensified. Sans IV or rectal water intake, one will not survive the experience due to severe dehydration.
Methadone- 35+ days of the previously mentioned symptoms, all at least 10x more intense, plus the added bonus of severe sleep deprivation causing psychosis starting on the 2nd week of the 5 week Season in Hell. Multiple other mental illnesses develop during the span, including suicidal ideation. Like fentanyl, without alternative hydration, you will die.
Inmates in county jails across the county are increasingly dying from dehydration from kicking methadone or fentanyl while awaiting trial. This cruel and unusual punishment is happening more and more often each year. The victims tend to be addicts, not criminals and are in the system for possession charges which should be a flag to the jails that extra care is needed to prevent illegally executing them with an agonizing death penalty due to a bullshit unconstitutional prohibition violation.
That's my biggest issue with the whole drug war. On one side you have people doing what they want with their own bodies. On the other side you have kidnappers and murderers violating the rights of 1,000s of otherwise law abiding citizens and inflicting damages to persons and property including but not limited to loss of all property and loss of life itself. So, do not think for a second that the law enforcement side is the honorable or moral side. They are guilty of crimes against humanity, daily, in support of a clearly unconstitutional agenda.
It took a constitutional amendment to ban alcohol sales. Banning the sales of other recreational chemicals requires the same legal framework, which is not in place and never has been. The government does not have the right to tell you what you can and can't have in your blood stream. There is no clause in the Constitution empowering vice cops, the DEA, and other professional buzz kills to harass, abuse, kidnap, and murder American citizens over chemistry.
